At Medtrics, he leads complex, cross-functional projects and plays a critical role in customizing solutions that deliver measurable impact for clients.

Head of Client Experience
Meg brings nearly ten years of experience in healthcare technology and customer success. She leads the Medtrics client experience team with a focus on user engagement, implementation efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Her background in stakeholder management and process design helps institutions maximize their value from Medtrics while elevating outcomes for learners and administrators alike.
Ravikumar Savaliya
DevSecOps Engineer
Ravikumar’s expertise spans cybersecurity, cloud security, and infrastructure automation. With a master’s degree in Cybersecurity and hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments, he focuses on building secure deployment pipelines and developing tools that proactively detect and mitigate threats across the Medtrics platform.

Senior Backend Developer
Diego brings over a decade of experience in Python, Django, and AWS development. He’s held key engineering roles at companies like PayPal and Uber, with deep experience in API design, microservices, and system scaling. At Medtrics, Diego helps lead backend architecture and performance optimization for our most critical systems.
Elson Marques
Senior Front-end Developer
Elson is a veteran front-end engineer with more than 25 years of experience designing and building scalable digital products. His work blends JavaScript mastery with UX sensibility, drawing on a broad background across fintech, media, and education. Elson now leads front-end interface development for Medtrics from his base in Lisbon, Portugal.

Scot Chisholm is a serial founder, investor, and engineer best known as the founding CEO of Classy, a nonprofit fundraising platform that raised billions for charitable causes before its acquisition by GoFundMe. He brings extensive leadership experience and operational insight from his work across startups, social impact, and systems optimization. As a strategic advisor to Medtrics, Scot supports our leadership team on scaling, growth strategy, and long-term impact.
