Medtrics was created to be flexible and to change with the needs of the medical education community.

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSHRC), with campuses in Riyadh and Jeddah, is one of the largest academic medical centers in Saudi Arabia. Its graduate medical education programs are accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and train residents and fellows across a broad range of specialties.
Coordinating evaluations, case logs, and duty hour compliance across such a large enterprise required significant administrative effort. Program leadership sought a more unified approach to streamline oversight and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.
With Medtrics, KFSHRC centralized evaluation workflows, improved case log tracking, and provided program directors with real-time visibility into resident progress. Coordinators and faculty gained consistent tools that reduced manual burden across programs.
Through this system, KFSHRC supports efficient GME oversight and reinforces its role as a leading center for medical training in the region.
