Lincoln Memorial University

Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM), opened in 2007, has campuses in Harrogate and Knoxville, Tennessee. The school graduates approximately 400 medical students annually.

Managing the Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE) process was a significant challenge. A small team was responsible for hundreds of MSPEs, a manual process marked by errors, repeated reviews, and reduced time for advising.

With Medtrics, LMU-DCOM automated MSPE production, improved data accuracy, and reduced administrative workload. Advisors now spend less time correcting documents and more time providing meaningful career guidance.
