Medtrics was created to be flexible and to change with the needs of the medical education community.

San Juan Bautista School of Medicine (SJBSM), based in Caguas, Puerto Rico, is accredited by the LCME. It trains medical students through a curriculum that combines foundational sciences with extensive clinical experience at affiliated hospitals across the island.
Managing evaluations, case logs, and compliance reporting across multiple clinical sites presented challenges for faculty and administrators. Manual processes made it difficult to track progress consistently and prepare data for accreditation reviews.
Medtrics enabled SJBSM to centralize evaluations and case logs, automate duty hour tracking, and provide leadership with real-time reporting tools. Coordinators gained more efficient workflows, while faculty delivered timely feedback to students across rotations.
Medtrics helps SJBSM ensure accreditation readiness while giving faculty clearer insight into student progress.
