Medtrics was created to be flexible and to change with the needs of the medical education community.

SBH Health System in the Bronx, New York, is a 422-bed acute care teaching hospital. It sponsors residency programs in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Emergency Medicine, training hundreds of residents annually.
Managing evaluations, case logs, and duty hours across these specialties created administrative strain. Coordinators and program leadership needed a unified platform to simplify compliance tracking and reduce reliance on fragmented processes.
With Medtrics, SBH centralized evaluation workflows, automated duty hour and case log tracking, and provided program directors with real-time reporting. Faculty gained consistent tools for feedback, while coordinators reduced manual workload.
The adoption has improved compliance readiness and strengthened oversight of graduate medical education at one of the Bronx’s largest community teaching hospitals.
